Shipping & Returns

IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit that is redeemable on thefashionbarrel.com. Credit for the original shipping charges is not included in the store credit.

With limited exceptions, pre-paid labels are not provided. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Returns Policy

Please send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the date you received the items. Items must be returned within 7 days of the date you submitted a return request.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• Return requests can be submitted by contacting support at support@thefashionbarrel.com, our support agent will assist you through the process and with any questions you may have.
• After receiving the return and passing inspection, a support agent will create a store credit for you to use.
• The Fashion Barrel is not liable for any returns packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or tracking number after shipping back your returns.
• Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after we have received your item(s)
